  • Rotating roster including night duty.

Your tasks will include:

  • Co-ordination of client care needs, including assessment, case management and developing individualised care plan.
  • Assisting the clinical management team with ACFI documentation & comprehensive assessments.
  • Providing support & supervision of Care Assistants.
  • Liaising with clients and their significant others, and members of a multidisciplinary team to achieve positive client outcomes.

What you will need to succeed:

  • You are a Registered or Enrolled Nurse with current AHPRA Registration.
  • +2 years’ experience as a Registered Nurse (Experience in aged care desirable).
  • Able to obtain a National Police Certificate.
  • Great clinical Skills.
  • Demonstrated up-to-date knowledge and skills in contemporary Aged Care Services.
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
  • A genuine commitment to lead, coach and develop other care staff and a passion for making a difference.
  • Sponsorship via mrh Lawyers.
